Barrel Racing gets in your blood...  For many years our family competed in local and national barrel racing shows. Each family member played a different role within the barrel racing community. But times change... Mom and Dad learn that they don't bounce as well if they make an 'unplanned' dismount. And the kids?  They grow up and begin their own careers. So barrel racing for us is over.
	Being the 'computer guy', my role was to record the contestant's times and compute the payouts. I used automated Excel spreadsheets that also managed the show... track reservations, create draw schedules, and so on. After the show, I would post results on BarrelRaces.com. Unfortunately, we don't race anymore.
